The Preschool & Enrichment Fair
coordinated by
The Moms Club of the Traverse Bay Area and Momstyle News
(michigan.momstylenews.com) is the first and only preschool expo in the region.
Families with small children are invited to this one-stop-shop event
where you can find providers of preschool, daycare, mommy & me
classes, and enrichment opportunities for children.
All families will take home a Traverse Bay Tots family resource guide for local families of children ages 0 to 5.
Each exhibitor will host a hands-on activity for children.
This is an educational and fun family day!

Exhibitor Booth $100
For the past three years we have been proud to host approimately 150 families (more than 300 attendees) from the Traverse Bay Area. Families with small children are invited to this one-stop-shop event where they can find providers of preschool, daycare, enrichment opportunities for their children, and businesses that serve their family's needs.

families with young children (multi-level marketing franchises
excepted).

Attendance will be approx. 300, including moms, dads and children. Exhibitors will receive contact details for all registered
attendees following the event.
Set-up and Breakdown Times
Set-up 9:00 am to 10:00 am. Event 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Break-down 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. |
Exhibitor Responsibilities
Each exhibitor is asked to provide a child-friendly activity at the
booth.
This is an important feature of the event that will encourage
attendance, attract visitors to every booth, and occupy children so
that parents can speak to exhibitors. If requested, exhibitors will be
provided with 6 feet of floor space (at no additional charge) next to
their exhibit table for the set-up of the child-friendly activity.
Tables
6-Foot covered table will be provided in the gym. If the all of
the exhibitor space in the gym becomes full, exhibit booths will also
occupy the spacious front hallway of the facility. Exhibitors may
request to bring their own table or exhibit instead of using standard
table provided.
Traverse Bay Tot Guide
Attendees will receive a take-home Traverse Bay Tots local resource
guide that includes a listing of your organization. You may also
purchase additional display advertising in the Traverse Bay Tots guide. Please see www.traversebaytots.com
